^§Spirit Airlines MasterCard^® Card Rewards Program Summary

If you are not a current member of the Spirit Airlines FREE SPIRIT^™ Miles Program, you will automatically be enrolled upon card approval. Miles earnings are based on new net retail purchase transactions (qualifying purchases less credits, returns, and adjustments) charged to the card each billing cycle (“Net Purchases”) and are rounded to the nearest whole mile. Spirit Airlines World MasterCard^® cardholders earn two miles for every dollar of Net Purchases, and Spirit Airlines Platinum Plus^® MasterCard^® cardholders earn one mile for every dollar of Net Purchases. Balance transfers, cash advances, including purchases of cash equivalents of any kind, purchases made by or for a business or for a business purpose, fees, interest charges, unauthorized/fraudulent transactions, and certain other charges do not earn any miles. There is no limit to the number of miles you can earn with your card. No miles are earned if: your account is not in good standing or your Spirit Airlines MasterCard Account is closed.

World MasterCard cardholders will receive 15,000 bonus miles and Platinum Plus Cardholders will receive 5,000 bonus miles after first use of the account for a purchase (that is not later returned or rescinded) that is posted in the first 90 days after account opening. These bonus miles will be awarded at the close of your billing statement after you make your first purchase. You will be awarded an annual bonus of 5,000 miles if you make at least $10,000 in Net Purchases on your card within a year (a year being the 12 monthly statements issued within any anniversary year) and pay your annual fee. The bonus miles will be posted to your miles account within four to six weeks of the anniversary of your card’s open date.

As a Spirit Airlines MasterCard cardholder, you will also receive Preferred Boarding and Domestic Priority check-in and access to roundtrip awards starting at 5,000 miles. To redeem miles, you must be an Active Member of the FREE SPIRIT Miles Program. Using your MasterCard credit card each month for at least one purchase is one way to maintain your active status in the Program.
